I'm new to Helpthemove, where do I start?

Welcome to Helpthemove! We’re really glad you’re here and can’t wait to help you get started. Our team is dedicated to making your onboarding journey as smooth as possible.

To begin effectively managing your property portfolio, the first step is to log in and add a new landlord and their respective properties. It is essential to prioritse properties that are currently vacant or are expected to become vacant soon.

After you have added Landlords and Properties to the portal, you will be well on your way to managing your portfolio. You can add a property under a specific Landlord's name and subsequently mark the property as vacant (click here to understand the importance of completing a move out first and why properties can only be switched while they are vacant).
