What does the landlord receive from Helpthemove?

Once a landlord has been added to the portal, they will receive an opt-in email. This email outlines the terms of the Helpthemove service and explains the benefits for both landlords and managing agents.

Variation of Terms Email

The Variation of Terms email is the default notification in the portal. It confirms to the landlord that their managing agent is using Helpthemove to help manage their property. It also reaffirms the agent’s authority to instruct an energy switch on the landlord’s behalf. This is presented as a standard variation to your existing terms of business.

Property Notifications

Each time a new property is added to the system for that landlord (with a move logged), an email is sent to notify them. This communication provides further details about the move and reminds them of their option to stop using the Helpthemove service if they wish.

Landlord stop service

If a landlord chooses to stop using Helpthemove, their profile will be archived in the portal. Once archived, they will no longer receive any communications from our system.
