What are Council Web Notifications (CWNs) or Web Forms?

Some councils now prefer online forms instead of email notifications. We regularly check which councils have made this change and test their forms to ensure they capture all required data.

Once verified, our portal is updated to include the correct form link. When you add a council in the portal, a pop-up will explain the next steps and provide the link.
