Landlord decision to stop service

If a landlord wishes to exclude themselves from our service, they can do so by using the link provided in the terms of service email automatically sent when their email address is added to the portal. This request must be completed within three days of receiving the email; otherwise, we may not be able to process the cancellation before an energy switch occurs.

When a landlord follows the exclusion link in the email, any moves associated with their property are cancelled immediately, and no notifications will be sent to the relevant utility providers.

Our customer service team can provide a landlord benefits document for you to share, outlining the advantages of our service - such as thirty days of free standing charge and up to £15 in credit per energy meter during the void period.
