How to log in or reset your password - FAQ

1. Where do I go to log in to my account?

You can access the Helpthemove login page via www.helpthemove.co.uk


2. How do I find the login area?

On the top right of the website’s homepage, click on Login Area

 

After clicking Login Area, select the portal you want to access. Make sure you choose the correct one for your account.

3. What if I forgot my password?

On the login page, click the “Forgotten your password?” link located below the login form


4. How do I reset my password?

Enter the email address associated with your account.

Click Request password reset.


You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Follow the link, create a new password, and log in


5. I didn’t receive the password reset email. What should I do?

  • Check your spam or junk folder.

  • Make sure you entered the correct email address linked to your account.

6. Can I use the same password again?

For security reasons, we recommend choosing a new, strong password that you haven’t used before.
