How do I manually add a property?

If your property management system is integrated with our portal, you should avoid manually adding any data. The integration will pull data automatically from your system.

To add a property, log in to the portal and locate the landlord in the Landlord section on your dashboard. If the landlord does not appear—after also checking by email address they have not yet been added. If you need guidance on adding a landlord, please refer to our FAQ: ‘How do I add a Landlord?’ 

On the individual landlord profile page, select the dark blue ‘Add Property’ button. You will then be prompted to enter the rental property address and specify its current status.

Proceed through each of the following steps:

To add the property, enter the postcode and select the 'lookup' button.


- From the dropdown list, choose the property you wish to assign to this landlord.

- If the property does not appear in the dropdown, manually enter the address details.

Enter your property reference ID, if available.

- The property reference is a unique identifier used by your IT systems for this property. Providing this helps us identify and prevent duplicate property records.

Indicate whether the property is currently vacant or tenanted.

If the property is vacant, our system will help automate Move In notifications as the initial action for this property.

If the property is tenanted, our system will facilitate automated Move Out notifications as the initial action for this property.
