How do I manually add a Landlord?
You only need to add a new Landlord if they do not exist already on our portal. If your property management system is integrated with our portal, you should avoid adding data directly. Your data will pull through from your CRM automatically.
From the dashboard, locate the Landlord section on the left side of the screen and select the plus icon to add a new landlord.
Provide the following details for the individual landlord:

First name
-
Surname
-
Email address
-
Contact telephone number (optional)
Specify the landlord’s preferred billing address:

If bills are to be managed by the letting agent, please confirm the agent branch address is entered.

If bills should be issued directly to the landlord’s personal address, enter the postcode, use the address lookup, and select the appropriate address.
Select "Create Landlord" to complete the process. An email will be sent to the landlord’s email address with our terms of service and an overview of landlord benefits, unless you have an agreement with us not to contact your landlords, in which case you are responsible for providing this information directly.
