It is essential to notify us immediately when a tenant chooses to extend their tenancy. Prompt communication ensures that all tenancy records remain accurate and prevents any unintended notifications or complications with energy supplier processes. Failure to update us in a timely manner may result in tenant dissatisfaction and could inadvertently trigger an Erroneous Transfer.
